Cohousing – Brit-Style

The UK is seeing a surge in interest in cohousing, in what one major property insurance company calls “Community 2.0.” Though they are not part of this clever animation, Wallace and Gromit have been living in sort of a cohousing development for decades. Community 2.0 – Is cohousing the future of urban design?

  1. Coincidentally, UK cohousers share three common likes (as well as obviously cohousing) – low-energy homes (such as Passivhaus), Wallace and Gromit. There may be further likes I have not identified.
